Default So where are all the ladies that love cars?

I know that I am not the only woman out here who loves cars? So where are they?

My wife loves old cars but working in front of a computer all day the last thing she wants to do is look at a computer at home.

Working? My wife loves riding in them but that's about it. However she did give me 6k so I could buy the crate engine from Edlebrock; she's a good kid, I think I'll keep her. She did let me post a work picture of her in my album.

My wife likes going for a ride or to the cruises sometimes. She let me buy the car, a crate engine, a new interior, a gauge conversion, new dash, etc, etc, etc. Probably because it keeps me in the garage and out of her way.

So the wives are the $$$ behind the car. Would rather give you the $$ to work on the car in the garage at home, instead of having you go out with your friends. Sounds like the ladies are pretty smart. And it sounds like you guys have some ladies who are willing to let you do what you love. Lucky guys.

Still I would like to see some more female members.

My wife actually has more cars than I do ,but she lets me work on them and drive them too. Our favorite car for long trips is her 72 malibu convertible ,but she also has an 81 Trans Am and a 68 Malibu project .I have a 72 El Camino SS and a 55 Bel Air and my 72 chevy truck (beater). Her daily driver is an almost worn out 96 Ford Explorer , I want to get her a newer Mustang Convertible but she likes us to not be in debt.

My wife likes cars, just not like I do. She'll ride to a cruise-in or something, and look at the cars with me, but I think it is a gesture on her part because I love it so much. She tells me the cars she likes. Generally first gen F body cars with wide wheels and tires are her favorite. Then the 2nd gen f body cars with no bumpers, and f#$@ mustangs after that...mostly the 2nd gen body style.

I asked myself that same question all the time while I was single... found a good one, we went to Chevelle-abration '06 on our honeymoon.
