Can we increase pic file size?

I have some pics that were sent to me that I can't resize to post here. Maybe it is just too big, but they are over double (or maybe it was triple) the size allowed on here.

You can change the image size in Paint. 640 x 428 or 720 x 482 should maintain aspect ratio. If you can't do that let me know, you can email them to me, I'll resize and send them back.

Have you tried to upload them and it did not work ? The forum software has auto resizing.

On one file, I have several pics, but it's one file that I cannot modify (it was sent to me as one file) The whole file is 349 kb.

I got the pics but I'm not that proficient with PDF's
