After reading Ss Shaun's post I've began to compose a parts & price list to help me focus in on my build. I've made up my mind of what the car will be used for & it will be Street/road trips. I dream of one day attending the power tour & out of town car shows as often as possible. As I've stated b4, I bought my car as a roller. I still have not decided on the drive train & since I plan to drive my car more than locally, I want to know if the LS series swap would be worth it & get some input on Total cost & labor involved in it. I'm wanting to get close to 450 RWHP & 500 ft lbs torque & would like a overdrive trans. I need all the input I can getto complete my list. I'll post the list & would appreciate any suggestions I can get. I'm doing this so I don't fall in that 80-90% project incomplete bracket which Ray referred too. My car is a 67 Malibu sports coupe so there no big concern for originality since I bought as a roller. Thanks in advance.

Here what I have so far & haven't even scratched the surface.

Gateway Muscle(OPGI panels)
One piece floor $450
One piece trunk $550
Pass quarter $374
Grill kit $350
Body bushing & hardware $90
Moog front end rebuild $380
Hotchkiss*extreme #ch24984 $1,550 * *(???)
QA1 Shocks $160
Disc brake conversion $1500
AAW wiring harness $600
Those are the major items but still have a few loose ends.
Just picked up *pans & panels Friday. Still pricing whether getting bumpers *redone or if new ones would be more cost efficient. Cars interior is new but I'd like buckets & console.
Drivetrain still pending.*
