Please go into more detail with what you did to your seat tracks and springs.

Good morning Gary,
Once I got my seats apart I didn't like all the rust on everything so cleaned all the rust off the frames and primered them and painted them black. The seat springs were broken so I decided to replace all my springs with new one and painted them with a black but could have uses Eastwood Detail Gray. The tracks I took and cleaned them with brake cleaner to get all the old grease out of them and regreased them with a lithium grease after I painted them. I painted the upper part with the Detail Gray paint to make them look as close to natual as I could. Cast gray may would work also. On my 70 the foot part was painted black so I only painted the lower foot black that goes on the carpet, Nice part about that is you almost don't see them on the black carpet. Unless you look up under there the tracks do not show.
