Thanks guys. as for the block i don't know if i should keep is stock or build it up. I like HP but with gas these days i'm not sure. I've had nothing but small blocks myself and i don't know how much gas a big block goes throught which im sure is a lot. I drive my car a few times a week and still plan on it when i drop the BBC in it. i also have a heavy foot so i'm sure the combo of a heavy foot and a big block won't be good for my wallet.

All i can tell you is that i want something more then stock..lol I'm still looking into it. I like driving my chevelle as much as i can (She's not trailer queen) so i also want something desent on gas... if there is such a thing. But everything is up in the air.

I think "decent" on gas means that you enjoy it. Before we did all the work on my car I was running racing fuel in it. When I was paying over $7 a gallon it hurt, that is until I got on the gas and it was worth it.

i never ran racing fuel but i's sure there is a huge difference. I just want something that looks good and runs strong.
